A website conversion project with Jeronamo will have you up and running in no time. Have questions about the process? Here's the most frequently asked.
  • What does the project process look like?

    Once you've signed up, you will be directed to our intake information page that will have a form for you to complete. This will include your current website link and some other important information to get started.


    Once that's done, a team member will reach out with instructions on how you can change your DNS settings. 


    Next, our team will create your new site using the written content and images already available on your current website. We may need to use some stock images in order to complete the design. Up to five (5) stock images are included in the price. If your website images aren't available for download on your current site we may  need you to upload them for us.

  • How does the Split Payment work?

    We understand that it can be difficult to pay the total project price in one payment. That is why we've offered a split pay option of $550 every two weeks. 

  • How does hosting work?

    Basic hosting is $27 per month or $270 annually (get two months free). Every site we build is ecommerce ready and it can be added as an add-on. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Our invoices are issued on a monthly basis and can be paid via Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Electronic Money Transfer (EMT). Your preferred payment method will be auto-billed at the beginning of your billing cycle.

  • Do I need access to my domain?

    Yes. You will need access to your domain so you can make the neccesary changes when the site is ready to go live.


    If you need help with this, we can manage the DNS for an additional $150.

  • Is email included with hosting?

    No. Email is not included with our website hosting. We use and promote Google Workspace as an email option.

  • What happens if I need to cancel?

    Month-to-Month Clients

    We ask that you give us 30 days' notice in the event that you need to cancel. This gives our team enough time to stop rebilling before your next cycle.


    Annual Commitment Clients

    We require 30 days notice for cancellation of any annual plans. This gives our team enough time to stop rebilling before your next cycle.
