The owners of Sandro’s felt like they needed a change. As an established business that’s been opened since 1979, they hadn’t updated their interior and brand image since the 90’s. They had a Fecebook page that was posted to on an irregular basis and an outdated website that was not responsive. Their unique selling point is that they make their pasta in-house from scratch just like grandma used to and wanted to people to know this about them. We were tasked with the job of creating a new upgraded brand and drive sales and revenues through digital marketing methods.
We built a new responsive website that showcased their food and that they were a family run restaurant with values and great food. We launched a media outreach program as well. They closed for renovations and in that time ran contests that drove excitement about the new look and feel. We drove entries through email signups and then followed up with a secondary “birthday club” sign up. We’ve consistently driven website visits and in-person traffic to the restaurant through Facebook marketing campaigns.
